Refund policy
Perishable goods are not available for returns or exchanges unless the issue is the result of an error in manufacturing or packaging.
Please note: We do not re-ship or offer refunds in the event that an incorrect mailing address in the shipping section is entered when placing the order and the item is returned. If an incorrect shipping address is entered please contact thedaileypastry@gmail.com immediately in order to update the shipping address in time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
